Circuit Training Benefits

Initially devised by the military circuit training has been adapted to incorporate all individuals regardless of age or ability. Designed as a total body workout with no 2 sessions ever being the same Inline Fitness offer variety through numerous exercises. Personal Fitness, Core Stability & Conditioning, Cardiovascular Capacity Increase, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Body Sculpting & Overall Fitness Training are just some of the benefits to be gained from this popular exercise activity.

Aims of the Sessions

Inline Fitness Personal Training and Sport Coaching runs sessions for kids in term time around the North East. Through the concept of exercise to music it allows all to enjoy and gain positive physical attributes through exercise.

• 3.00 per child (no block booking neccessary)
